-How to place an order

  • Click "PRODUCTS" in Menu to browse available products.
  • To view product details, click on product image or Buy button.
  • To place a product in your Shopping Cart, click the GET IT NOW / Add To Cart button on product page.
  • You may view items in your Shopping cart, and proceed to checkout, by clicking the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

-How I pay my order

  • You may view items in your Shopping cart, and proceed to checkout, by clicking the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  • Double check your item in checkout list, and proceed with payment page.
  • Fill up your details in payment page to complete your order.
  • We accept all types of credit card and PayPal as our secured payment method.
  • We assured you that it is 100% save and secured.
  • You will receive an email notice informing you of the order status.


SHIPPING

-When will my parcel arrive

  • Same region and domestic purchase, its only take 1 week to received the item subject to domestic stock availability.
  • For others case, items will delivered between 2-3 weeks.
  • This may be a little longer for international delivery and Holidays season.
  • Specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

-When will my item be shipped

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

-How my order will be sent

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Due to items are may located in multiple warehouses.
  • Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
  • All orders is sent out with complete tracking number to ensure you will receive it safely.

CANCEL/REFUND

-Can I change or cancel my order

  • If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before payment. .
  • Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we are no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

-What if I received the wrong or damaged products

  • If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.
